SEO agencies use various different models for client delivery, including ongoing retainers, productised deliverables, or tiered packages. Our aim is create a model that makes more sense for the client.
By paying up-front for strategy, you are purchasing what we do best without any strings attached. The delivery plan then outlines exactly what you’ll pay for as part of an ongoing agreement (if you choose to continue working with us).
We’ve found that clients work with us longer when they understand the scope of work, have clear expectations for fulfilment and are aligned on the outcome, but we can still be of service for projects that only require short-term support.
The SEO Blueprint is our flagship product. We start with a 45-minute Strategy Session to understand your goals. This is usually for businesses who are lacking direction and may have tried SEO unsuccessfully in the past.
We audit all aspects of your organic search performance and outline a strategy for each area. You will understand exactly what actions to take, and we include a full month of implementation. Then, we agree on a delivery plan – so you know precisely what you are paying for, the timeframe of the project, and the expected outcome (if you choose to engage us for implementing your strategy).
An SEO Masterplan begins with a 90-minute Consultancy Call to align on objectives and determine the best route forward. This tends to be for businesses who have already seen success from SEO but are either lacking fresh ideas or stuck with a problem.
Once we’ve determined the project objectives, we run all the necessary audits and analysis to ideate a new strategy tailored to your goals. You will gain a full understanding of the issues you are facing, the opportunities available to you, and a feasible plan for implementation.
A Clarity Call is an honest, helpful conversation about your SEO with absolutely no pressure. This is a no-obligation chat that helps you understand how we may be able to help and provide you with free advice.

Each solution begins with a call so we can understand your business and what to do next. Following the call, we will ask for any necessary requirements such as logins to analytics platforms or any further clarification we may need to put together an effective strategy.
Your SEO Blueprint or Masterplan will be delivered within the agreed turnaround period, and each will consist of a spreadsheet containing the strategy breakdown as well as a presentation which walks you through the strategy and includes your options for a delivery plan.
Once we’ve finalised your Blueprint or Masterplan, you will have a clear SEO strategy outlined for you. The next step is implementation.
The delivery plan provides you with a quote for implementation, but with various options depending on your needs.
The budget options vary based on:
– The level of support needed for implementation i.e content production, outreach, website development, frequency of reporting and consultancy.
– The timeframe for completing the strategy – 6, 12 or 24 months.
All strategy is led by the Founder, with the support of another SEO Specialist.
